Advertising results are not guaranteed. Performance may vary based on budget, market demand, competition, keywords, ad quality, landing page performance, tracking accuracy, client response time, seasonality, account history, and platform changes.
Advertising spend is separate from management fees unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are responsible for funding ad spend directly or through the agreed billing method. If advertising spend is paused, declined, rejected, limited, or unavailable, campaign performance may be affected.
Rental Growth Systems is not responsible for account suspensions, policy reviews, disapproved ads, billing issues, platform restrictions, or performance changes caused by advertising platforms.
8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing
